Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Credentials: First Aid Certificate
Security and safety: Child Abuse Registry check, Child welfare check, Criminal record check, Drug test, Medical exam, Reference required
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be non-smoking and scent-free
- The candidates should be adept at handling heavy loads and willing to work overtime as required
- The candidates should be capable of handling physically demanding tasks and experienced in performing repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure and have a keen attention to detail
- The candidates should be capable of lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong focus on client satisfaction and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should demonstrate excellent oral communication and exhibit excellent written communication
- The candidates should display flexibility in their approach to work and take initiative in their tasks and responsibilities
- The candidates should demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making and be organized in their work approach
- The candidates should be reliable in meeting job responsibilities and be effective team players
- The candidates should have strong time management skills
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- The candidates should be able to shop for food and household supplies, as well as travel with the family on trips, assisting with child supervision and housekeeping duties
- The candidates should be able to wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens, in addition to bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children
- The candidates should be able to discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents and instruct them in personal hygiene and social development
- The candidates should be able to keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, ensuring a safe and healthy environment in the home
- The candidates should be able to organize activities such as games and outings for children while also preparing and serving nutritious meals
- The candidates should be able to prepare infants and children for rest periods and take them to and from school and appointments
- The candidates should be able to tend to the emotional well-being of children
