Bubbles and Wax Bar Inc. based in Surrey, BC is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Office Administrative Assistant. Bubbles and Wax Bar Inc. is known to provide a salon experience to be remembered. We are known to be professional, relaxing and friendly. We also provide complimentary bubbles after providing the treatment. With all salon services we are mainly known for our Waxing and Threading services. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 1-2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work under pressure and pay attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in an organized way and be someone who can be relied on
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to schedule and confirm appointments also answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- The candidate should be able to answer electronic enquiries also compile data, statistics and other information
- The candidate should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information also set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- The candidate should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
