Requirements

Language: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience in the concerned field
Experience: Approximately 1 year to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements: 

  • The candidate will be required to establish work priorities.
  • The candidate will be required to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

  • The candidate should have knowledge of business equipment and computer applications.
  • The candidate should have knowledge of MS Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will be required to carry out administrative activities of the establishment.
  • The candidate will be required to oversee office administrative procedures.
  • The candidate will be required to coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • The candidate will be required to administer policies and procedures that are related to the release of records which are required in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • The candidate will be required to review new administrative procedures.
  • The candidate will be required to evaluate new administrative procedures.
  • The candidate will be required to implement new administrative procedures.
  • The candidate will be required to assemble data.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare periodic reports.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare special reports.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare manuals.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare correspondence.
  • The candidate will be required to coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation and relocation.
  • The candidate will be required to take care of equipment and supplies.
  • The candidate will be required to look after forms and the disposal of assets.
  • The candidate will be required to take notice of parking and maintenance.
  • The candidate will be required to see through security services.
  • The candidate will be required to assist in the preparation of the operating budget.
  • The candidate will be required to maintain inventory.
  • The candidate will be required to maintain budgetary controls.
  • The candidate will be required to assemble data.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare periodic and special reports.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare manuals and correspondence.
