Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and deliver results efficiently

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be proficient in oral and written communication, demonstrating excellent verbal and writing skills
  • The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in their approach to tasks and situations, maintaining organization and a systematic approach to their work

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

  • The candidates should be able to review, evaluate, and establish new administrative procedures, ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • The candidates should be able to carry out administrative activities of the establishment and assist in the preparation of operating budgets, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • The candidates should be able to assemble data, prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and completeness
