Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

  • The candidates should be able to work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases, and sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents
  • The candidates should be able to process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, send and receive messages, and prepare and format page presentations
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, prepare invoices and bank deposits, and photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, file material in the storage area, and label files according to retention and disposal schedules
  • The candidates should be able to label, file, and retrieve documents, locate and remove files as requested, and organize and schedule office work
