Location: Dieppe, NB
Shifts: Evening, Night, Weekend
Transportation information: Own transportation, own vehicle, and valid driver’s licence
Work setting: Apartment/condominium complex, office building, cleaning service company, various locations, and commercial building
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Security and safety: Bondable, driver’s validity licence check, driving record check (abstract), credit check, confidential security clearance, and reference required
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be non-smoking
- The candidates should have the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of working under pressure and handling repetitive tasks efficiently
- The job may be physically demanding, requiring candidates to be able to stand for extended periods and handle weights up to 9 kg (20 lbs) or 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize punctuality and demonstrate client focus, exhibiting dependability and possessing efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication and display flexibility, showing initiative and being organized

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
- The candidates should be able to distribute clean towels and toiletries, handle and report lost and found items, and pick up debris and empty trash containers
- The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, as well as wash windows, walls, and ceilings
