Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of secondary school graduation
Experience: Candidates should have one year experience in the relevant field
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a certificate or coursework in business or office administration and (Dogwood, GED) and two (2) years related experience Evergreen and three (3) years related experience
- The candidates should have an equivalent combination of education and experience and experience providing administrative and financial support services for a group of staff
- The candidates should have experience supervising others and experience working with standard office procedures
- The candidates should have at least one (1) year of experience working with any of the following systems: Integrated case management system (ICM), Management Information System (MIS), Enterprise Document and Record Management System (EDRMS), Community and Residential Information System (CRIS), or Corrections Network (CORNET)
- The candidates should have six (6) months of experience working with vulnerable children and families in a human or social services setting
- The candidates should have at least one (1) year of experience directly supervising administrative staff in an office setting
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide vital support to program management and staff by coordinating various office administration functions
- The candidates should be able to oversee human resources, payroll, records management, facilities, and asset management
- The candidates should be able to supervise administrative staff and assist social workers with financial management
- The candidates should be able to support multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, in their daily operations
- The candidates should be able to interact with the public to help them access services and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of programs such as mental health, child protection, guardianship, and adoption
- The candidates should be able to mentor administrative staff and ensure smooth coordination among teams
- The candidates should be able to play a crucial role in delivering care and support to vulnerable minors, ensuring they receive the attention and assistance they deserve
