Salary: $16.75 hourly for 30 to 60 hours per week

Shifts: Overtime, Flexible Hours
Type of crops: Apples, Bell peppers, Cherries, Cucumbers, Melons, Orchard fruit, Tomatoes, Zucchinis, and Vegetables
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset languages: Spanish
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, performing well under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines
- The candidates should be physically capable of handling demanding tasks, possess manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, and have the ability to distinguish between colors with precision
- The candidates should demonstrate a strong attention to detail in their work, be comfortable standing for extended periods, and be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be able to handle a large workload effectively, be willing to work overtime when required, and have experience in weight handling, up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in adapting to various tasks and situations and exhibit reliability in fulfilling their responsibilities consistently
- The candidates should uphold strong values and ethics in their work and be quick learners, capable of grasping new concepts and skills efficiently
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bud trees, weed, clean the work area, and sort and pack fruits and vegetables
- The candidates should also be able to harvest crops, load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry, and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
