Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should hold an Engineering Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Instrumentation, Controls, Electrical, which is preferred
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of multidiscipline ICE experience

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work on multifunction teams composed of site/regional employees, external resources, and centralized services like procurement. Adaptability and the ability to deliver quality results in a high-volume/fast-moving environment are must-haves
• The candidates should have experience effectively collaborating with procurement throughout the project life cycle and participating in vendor document review cycles
• The candidates should possess excellent project management skills and the ability to control scope, cost, schedule, and benefits delivery on all projects. Experience with Microsoft Project is preferred
• The candidates should be experienced in applying risk management methodology at key points in the project life cycle and have a proven ability to develop and manage risk mitigation plans to ensure success
• The candidates should have experience using Project Quality control techniques covering inspecting, testing, and reporting to ensure deliverables and customer expectations are met or exceeded in all project phases
• The candidates should have experience applying HAZID and HAZOP, as well as Hazardous Location rating assessments. Knowledge in NFPA 36 and 61 is preferred
• The candidates should have experience from any of the following sectors: Power Generation, Industrial Automation Supply, Oilseeds Processing, Agriculture, Biofuels, Pulp & Paper, Food & Beverage, Packaging, or Chemicals
• The candidates should be experienced with Microsoft products, SharePoint, and other collaborative software, including Microsoft Project
• The candidates should be team players with excellent communication skills and time management. They should demonstrate the ability to influence others to the right outcomes regardless of level or position in the business
• The candidates should have experience with PLC, AutoCAD, schematics, blueprints, P&ID, variable frequency drives, and instrumentation
• The candidates should possess knowledge of tools including Microsoft Office package, Excel Advanced, Tableau, and Power BI
• The candidates should demonstrate soft skills desired, including storytelling, curiosity, resilience, organization, urgent census, and prioritization of demands
• The candidates should have strong analytical skills and be excited about trying new solutions. Experience with project management, robotics, AI, and machine learning is desirable
• The candidates should have desirable experience with PLC systems, networks, and Rockwell

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to explore and implement new ways to automate systems
• The candidates should be able to design and test automation equipment and processes
• The candidates should be able to program new automated components
• The candidates should be able to identify quality issues and write reports
• The candidates should be able to eliminate defects and errors with product and software development
• The candidates should be able to collaborate with other business units
• The candidates should be able to manage contracts and third parties
• The candidates should be able to define the infrastructure and architecture of networks, aiming at the segregation between IT and OT networks
• The candidates should be able to integrate and facilitate data communication between various layers of the network, following applicable cybersecurity protocols
• The candidates should be able to support in defining wireless OT network and communication protocols needed to ensure connectivity
• The candidates should be able to interact with process historians to enable communications and data for deeper analysis
• The candidates should be able to interact with different communication protocols (Profibus, OPC UA and DA, Profinet, etc.)
• The candidates should be able to support in monitoring projects involving ICS and Industry 4.0 update
• The candidates should be able to work together with industrial and IT teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions
