Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma
Experience: Candidates need experience of 6 months to less than 1 year
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to relate to various personalities and age groups and foster fast relationships with customers so retention and sales become easy and also learn and navigate new software using multiple platforms at a time, communicate ideas in a clear and concise manner, using past experiences and also craft solutions that makes sense for our client and the customer
- The candidate should be an exceptional communicator, empathetic person, intellectual, sales-oriented individual, problem solver, creative, eager with a willingness and desire to receive coaching and mentorship, self-motivated and also can complete multiple tasks at a time with ease
- The candidate should have an excellent oral and written communication, knowledge with up-selling, win-back, and renewals and also understanding of computers
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to make outbound calls, building rapport, and creating a great customer experience by asking probing questions and actively listen to the customer’s request, present products and services based on the customers’ needs, and handling objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit them and also develop relationships with customers, using active listening to empathize, provide solutions and partner with customers on a resolution
- The candidate should be able to review the customers’ file to ensure they’re receiving the best value for their account
- The candidate should be able to place calls to existing and past customers who have expired or expiring home services to offer upgrade, renew and up-sell add-on options for their existing Phone, Internet, and TV packages
