Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to assist customers as an Over-the-Counter Associate, properly zone their assigned area, perform tasks delegated by the OTC Department Manager or Pharmacy Manager, and maintain modular and feature presentation, while maintaining exemplary customer service by adhering to the Basic Beliefs and values of Wal-Mart
  • The candidates should be able to maintain patient confidentiality and follow all practices consistent with the Privacy Act
  • The candidates should be able to maximize department sales and profit with direction from the Pharmacy Manager
  • The candidates should be able to rotate stock and check for expired products
  • The candidates should be able to zone the department
  • The candidates should be able to follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, and signing/flagging/pricing/labels
  • The candidates should be able to keep the area N.C.O. and free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids
  • The candidates should be able to maintain zero pricing errors (i.e., Scanning Credibility Program)
  • The candidates should be able to calibrate equipment used in the prescription filling process
