Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be 16 years of age or older
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to prepare the sales floor for store opening to ensure readiness for customer traffic
- The candidate should be able to set up, merchandise, and apply signage to product features in accordance with visual standards
- The candidate should be able to complete the live unloading of various types of merchandise during overnight shifts
- The candidate should be able to focus on labeling and placing merchandise in backroom bins, with an emphasis on efficient stockroom organization compared to day/evening fulfillment roles
- The candidate should be able to pull pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor to support overnight processing operations
- The candidate should be able to assist in stocking merchandise on the sales floor and provide customer service, label the sales floor accurately to support store opening readiness
- The candidate should be able to contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures
