Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide exceptional customer service
- The candidates should assist in salesfloor operations to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive customer loyalty
- The candidates should be able to perform duties of a Temporary Setup Associate, typically involving the establishment of a special Store Layout, after transferring from another store or department
- The candidates should be able to handle highly physical tasks, including moving modular/fixtures around the store, which is a key component of the job
- The candidates should be able to adapt to the highly variable nature of the job, as different projects require various forms of setup
- The candidates should be able to perform duties of a general nature assigned by the ASM
- The candidates should be able to understand that duties are typically not customer-facing
- The candidates should be able to understand that duties do not involve handling cash, narcotics, or other highly sensitive products
- The candidates should be able to handle duties that are typically more physical than those of a Temporary Set-up Associate, especially during the overnight shift when heavier fixtures are typically moved compared to day/evening shifts
