Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have warehouse experience to be preferred
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs. as required for the role
- The candidates should be available to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week, to accommodate operational needs
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to read and memorize postal codes accurately
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to handle responsibilities such as loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages efficiently
- The candidates should be able to utilize heavy machinery, if necessary, to complete assigned tasks in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to learn and properly execute UPS package handling methods
- The candidates should be able to load and unload UPS packages into trailers or package cars effectively
Benefits:
- The candidate will receive a maximum rate of $25.81/h (probation + 48-month progression)
- The candidate will work approximately 3-5 hours per day
- The candidate will receive tuition reimbursement (up to $3000) *conditions may apply
- The candidate will receive overtime pay after 5 hours of work
