Work setting: Packaging company, Factory or plant and Agriculture
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as part of their job responsibilities and be accustomed to working in a cold/refrigerated, fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be proficient in performing repetitive tasks with precision and efficiency, capable of handling heavy loads as a regular part of their responsibilities
- The candidates should be physically fit and able to meet the demands of a physically demanding job, possessing excellent manual dexterity enabling them to handle tasks that require precision, keen attention to detail ensuring accuracy in their work, strong hand-eye coordination facilitating efficient task execution, and be comfortable standing for extended periods as required by the nature of the work

- The candidates should be equipped with efficient interpersonal skills, fostering effective communication within the team, and flexible, adapting seamlessly to changing work environments and requirements

- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually or using powered equipment and check and weigh materials and products
- The candidates should be able to sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products, as well as perform other laboring and elemental activities
- The candidates should be able to clean machines and immediate work areas, check products for quality control, and demonstrate food safety/handling skills while ensuring hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations
