Salary: $23.00 hourly for 20 to 30 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Part time leading to full time
Location: Vancouver, BC
Transportation information: Own transportation, and Valid driver’s licence
Work setting: Agriculture
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Industrial processes and products experience: Quality assurance and control
Equipment and machinery experience: HVAC
Computer and technology knowledge: Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, exhibit a strong attention to detail in their work, and be comfortable performing a combination of sitting, standing, and walking tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate punctuality in meeting work schedules and exhibit dependability in fulfilling their responsibilities
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication and demonstrate excellent oral communication abilities
- The candidates should be flexible in adapting to changing circumstances and show initiative in problem-solving and taking on new challenges
- The candidates should be reliable in fulfilling their duties consistently and work effectively as part of a team, fostering collaboration
- The candidates should be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities and collaborative in their approach to teamwork
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to check and weigh materials and products, sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products, and pack goods to be shipped
- The candidates should be able to ensure compliance with government regulations and clean the work area
