Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Parts specialization: Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system
Equipment and machinery experience: Industrial lift trucks and fork-lifts, HVAC
Computer and technology knowledge: Inventory control software, MS Office, Internet
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to distinguish between colors and attention to detail
- The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling, able to handle physically demanding tasks, and perform repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods, able to work under pressure, and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls and relay messages, conduct sales calls, perform general office duties, handle cash transactions, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
- The candidates should be able to clean and maintain the office, supply area, or warehouse, set up displays of retail parts and accessories, advise on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts, identify, label, and catalog items received, issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use, and maintain records on the inventory control system
- The candidates should be able to prepare and track work orders, prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies, process incoming requisitions, receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials
- The candidates should be able to sell spare and replacement parts, and ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment, and store items in the warehouse, tool room, or supply area
