Salary: $15.25 to $16.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 35 to 40 hours per week

Work setting: Bake shop, Restaurant, Catering firm
Supervision: Cook (general)
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French Language
Education: Candidates should have completed college, CEGEP, or possess equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Credentials: Baker Trade Certification
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate dependability and reliability
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication, be a team player, organized and show initiative
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare dough, batters, icings, and frostings for various baked goods according to recipes or customer orders, bake mixed dough and batters, and prepare special orders
- The candidates should be able to frost and decorate cakes and baked goods, draw up production schedules, and ensure product quality meets established standards
- The candidates should be able to inspect kitchen and food service areas, operate machinery, organize and maintain inventory, and prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
