Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be attentive to detail
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to supply and empty bed pans
- The candidates should be able to serve meal trays and feed patients
- The candidates should be able to make beds and maintain patients’ rooms
- The candidates should be able to bathe, dress, and groom patients
- The candidates should be able to transport patients in a wheelchair or stretcher
- The candidates should be able to answer call signals promptly
- The candidates should be able to prepare patients for surgery by washing, shaving, and sterilizing operative areas
- The candidates should be able to accompany patients on outside recreational activities and perform other duties related to patient care and comfort
