Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Experience: Candidates should have 3 years FedEx or industry experience
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
- The candidates should be expected to demonstrate solid knowledge of Ops systems and applications.
- The candidates should be obliged to successfully complete defensive driver’s training
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to support the FedEx Express (FXE) Safety Above All Culture and manage specific day-to-day operations, flex routes, and assigned Flex Driver staff within a station
- The candidates should be able to be responsible for ensuring a safe and efficient B2C package delivery network through the supervision of flex drivers exclusively
- The candidates should be able to have oversight for all flex functions and ensure administrative processes are compliant with FXE policies and procedures
