Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a college Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: Candidates should have 3 Years FedEx or Industry Experience
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- The candidates should have solid knowledge of Ops systems/applications
- The candidates should successfully complete defensive driver’s training
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to support the FedEx Safety Above All Culture and manage specific day-to-day operations, P&D routes, and assigned P&D staff within a station as a frontline supervisor
- The candidates should be able to ensure a safe and efficient B2C package delivery network through the supervision of P&D staff exclusively
- The candidates should be able to oversight all P&D staff functions and ensure administrative processes are compliant with FedEx policies and procedures
