Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be physically fit
- The candidates should be able to lift and carry large loads up to 50 lbs repetitively throughout an 8-10 hour day
- The candidates should have the ability to maneuver large loads by hand and with the use of various aides, demonstrating a wide range of physical agility, flexibility, and strength
- The candidates should be prepared to work in a variety of weather and temperature ranges
- The candidates should be capable of safely operating equipment even during poor road and driving conditions
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess excellent people skills and have the ability to work effectively with customers
- The candidates must hold a valid AZ driver’s license in good standing with a safe driving record
- The candidates should be self-motivated and capable of working under minimal supervision
- The candidates should be flexible and able to work extended hours and overtime as needed
- The candidates should have the ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with the primary contacts at each account, acting as a PepsiCo ambassador
- The candidates should be able to provide accurate, timely product deliveries and unload products as directed by the customer
- The candidates should be able to process invoices and handle the daily settlement of accounts
- The candidates should be able to stock and rotate products in various environments, merchandising to the standard at all accounts
- The candidates should be able to build displays and set up promotional materials such as pricing signs and banners
- The candidates should be able to accurately complete all necessary paperwork
- The candidates should be able to perform all assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner, while in compliance with all laws and transportation regulations
