Shifts: Day, Morning
Work setting: Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis, Work in employer’s/client’s home
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be non-smokers
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate punctuality in their work and be known for their dependability
- The candidates should be dedicated to client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should excel in oral communication and demonstrate flexibility in their work
- The candidates should show initiative in their tasks and responsibilities and exercise sound judgment in decision-making
- The candidates should maintain a high level of organization and be recognized for their reliability
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
- The candidates should be able to assist in regular exercise, e.g., walking, and launder clothing and household linens
- The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, plan therapeutic diets and menus, and provide companionship
- The candidates should be able to provide personal care, shop for food and household supplies, and prepare and serve nutritious meals
