Salary: $19.00 hourly for 40 hours per week

Location: Barrie, ON
Work setting: Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Credentials: CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to administer bedside and personal care with empathy and professionalism, meeting the individual needs of each client, including assisting with bathing and maintaining dignity
- The candidates should be able to assist clients with regular exercise routines, such as walking, to promote physical well-being, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties for a hygienic environment
- The candidates should be able to provide companionship, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities to enhance emotional well-being, and prepare nutritious meals meeting dietary needs and preferences
