Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Kroll Software, MS Office
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks and have manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to distinguish between colors
- The candidates should have sound discrimination, be able to stand for extended periods, and be comfortable with walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling while maintaining hand-eye coordination
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate, dependable, and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should have a client focus, excellent oral and written communication, and good judgment
- The candidates should be flexible, demonstrate initiative, and be organized
- The candidates should be reliable team players with interpersonal awareness
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist health care professionals, compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products, and prepare and maintain equipment and supplies
- The candidates should be able to maintain prescription records and inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products, as well as supplies and inventory of equipment
- The candidates should be able to manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and booking appointments, and organize and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, maintain inventories of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products, and compound oral solutions, ointments, and creams
- The candidates should ensure the information on prescriptions is accurate, enter client information in databases, and prepare medications for clients
