Plant maintenance worker
Les Tourbières Berger Ltee based in Baie-Sainte-Anne, NB is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Plant maintenance worker. Les Tourbières Berger Ltee is a Canadian company that specializes in the extraction and processing of peat moss. We operate several peat bogs across Canada and produce a wide range of peat-based products, including horticultural peat, peat for livestock bedding, and peat for fuel. We are committed to sustainable peatland management and has implemented various measures to minimize their environmental impact, such as restoring degraded peatlands and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Salary: $19.00 to $24.00 hourly (to be negotiated) 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Overtime, Morning
Work setting: Factory or plant
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
- The candidates should be able to move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
