Languages: Bilingual Imperative
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma or equivalent experience is required.
Experience: Experience in customer service in a retail environment, Sales experience is an asset

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to perform a variety of sales/customer service activities to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- The candidate should be able to operate a computerized point of sale system
- The candidate should be able to maintain a high level of postal products, services and delivery knowledge
- The candidate should be able to process financial transactions (cash, cheques, debit & credit card payments)
- The candidate should be able to receive, sort and sequence mail items
- The candidate should be able to exercise physical effort in the handling of mail items weighing up to 22.7 kilograms (50 pounds)
- The candidate should be able to maintain floor displays
- The candidate should be able to conduct Merchandising and Inventory Control
