Shifts: Day, Evening, Shift, Flexible Hours, Early Morning, Morning, 06:00 to 18:00
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to tolerate various odors in the work environment and be adaptable to working in hot conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in cold/refrigerated environments and be comfortable with wet/damp working conditions
- The candidates should be efficient in performing repetitive tasks and possess manual dexterity
- The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods and demonstrate a keen attention to detail
- The candidates should be adaptable to bending, crouching, and kneeling, adept at working in a fast-paced environment, and capable of handling heavy loads and managing physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client focus in their interactions and demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should be flexible in their approach to work and exhibit reliability in their performance, showing initiative in taking on responsibilities
- The candidates should strive for accuracy in their tasks, possess excellent oral communication skills, and demonstrate good judgment in decision-making
- The candidates should be effective team players and organized in their tasks and responsibilities
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually or using powered equipment, check and weigh materials and products, and sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products
- The candidates should be able to assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers, perform other laboring and elemental activities, and clean machines and immediate work areas
