Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a completed 2-year diploma in a print-related field such as graphic communications and print technology
Experience: Candidates should have at least 5 years of related printing experience

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • The candidates should have knowledge of current and emerging printing industry standards and methodologies
  • The candidates should have knowledge of different print media, such as paper, foamcore, styrene, poly, sintra, coroplast, gator, fabrics, DiBond, metal, and wood
  • The candidates should have an in-depth knowledge of City printing requirements, business processes, and policies
  • The candidates should have proven negotiation and project management skills and experience managing multiple projects of varying types with multiple vendors

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to coordinate production schedules with print vendors, specialty suppliers, and manufacturers of trade booths, decals, signage, and other marketing materials
  • The candidates should be able to scope project requirements, estimate timelines, and manage multiple quotations to ensure cost-effective solutions for business units
  • The candidates should be able to ensure correct charges, obtain credits when necessary, follow up on missing invoices, prepare monthly credit card statements, and manage purchase orders
  • The candidates should be able to handle inquiries regarding job status, pricing, vendors, and material selection, while negotiating rush deliveries and resolving issues with print vendors or customers
