Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in cold or refrigerated environments
- The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks, including handling repetitive tasks and heavy loads, and performing bending, crouching, and kneeling tasks
- The candidates should possess good hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and attention to detail, enabling them to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods while demonstrating their capability of handling heavy loads efficiently
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate food safety/handling skills while transporting raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials
- The candidates should be able to measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines efficiently
- The candidates should be able to manually pack goods into bags, boxes, or other containers and feed and unload processing machines as required
- The candidates should be able to check products and packaging for basic quality defects and clean machines and immediate work areas diligently
- The candidates should be able to set up and adjust processing and packaging machines, following emergency and safety procedures, and record production information accurately
