Work setting: Bakery
Supervision: 16-20 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should possess a high level of attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication and demonstrate excellent oral communication skills
- The candidates should exhibit strong written communication skills and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing work requirements
- The candidates should exercise good judgment in decision-making, be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities, and be effective team players contributing positively to collaborative efforts
- The candidates should uphold values and ethics in their professional conduct and be reliable in consistently meeting work commitments
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- The candidates should be able to recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
- The candidates should be able to prepare production and other reports
- The candidates should be able to recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- The candidates should be able to supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
- The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
- The candidates should be able to identify, evaluate, control, and prevent hazards at all stages of the food production process
- The candidates should be able to requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
