Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a degree in Emergency and Security Management, Public Safety, Computer Science and Information Technology
Experience: Candidates should have at least 5 years of related experience

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should have a related field and  OR a Master’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience
  • The candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to be successful in this position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to develop, coordinate, and lead efforts for the Operational Services Department to meet the Corporate Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Security Standard 20190819, develop an ICS Security governance structure, defining roles, accountabilities, metrics, and a cross-departmental Working Group
  • The candidate should be able to define roles and responsibilities for the ICS Security governance structure, create terms of reference, and establish a clear mandate, establish and lead a cross-Departmental ICS Working Group, including representatives from business units with control systems, Corporate Security, and Corporate IT
  • The candidate should be able to prepare reports, briefings, and presentations for Operational Services Senior Leadership and the ICS Security governance structure, coordinate and provide recommendations to senior management regarding capital expenditures, influencing key decisions
  • The candidate should be able to oversee capital projects, manage consultants, and lead exercises such as tabletop drills, review existing risk management practices and reporting methods, identifying gaps through in-depth analysis
  • The candidate should be able to explore and develop a comprehensive assessment of the current ICS risk landscape within the Operational Services Department, oversee the development of cyber incident response plans for each business unit in Operational Services with industrial control systems/critical infrastructure
  • The candidate should be able to partner with Corporate Audit, Corporate Security, and Corporate IT to conduct audits and risk assessments of existing programs supporting ICS in the Operational Services Department, prioritize collective risks across Operational Services and present them to the ICS Security Governance Committee
  • The candidate should be able to lead or support the development of business cases to secure funding, oversee budgets, and sponsor cross-departmental projects, lead, coordinate, and facilitate the integration of key corporate risk management strategies into existing issue and risk management initiatives
  • The candidate should be able to provide guidance and influence the Operational Services Senior Leadership Team on risk management strategies and lead discussions on risk tolerance levels, build program-level requirements, success criteria, measurement and monitoring mechanisms to ensure project success
  • The candidate should be able to coordinate project managers within the ICS Security Program, contribute to service risk identification, prioritization, and alignment, supporting multi-year business planning and budget processes, ensure ongoing communication and coordination with partners to address short, medium, and long-term risks for the Department
  • The candidate should be able to analyze the potential impact of issues, develop appropriate mitigation, management, and communication strategies, and manage the implementation of issue management plans
