Requirements:

Education: Candidates should currently be certified as a Petroleum Mechanic 1
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Other Requirements:

- The candidates should possess effective communication skills
- The candidates should have experience in project management and handling stretch assignments
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to lead the team in meetings, projects, and other activities
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform on-the-job training and assessment of new Techs
- The candidates should be able to perform follow-up assessments and training of new Techs after they have been in the field for a given time
- The candidates should be able to respond to work orders for a wide variety of in-store equipment, with a focus on fuel-related calls, such as printers, displays, card readers, hanging hardware, sensors, and ATG equipment
- The candidates should be able to perform maintenance and/or repair of a variety of physical plant and specialized equipment in an assigned group of 7-Eleven stores within a geographic area
- The candidates should be able to report to the Area Facilities Manager
- The candidates should be able to initiate service calls from the store via 7Help work orders to appropriate technicians
- The candidates should be able to fulfill all duties and responsibilities of a Tech 1 and achieve at least 75% proficiency in Tech II duties and responsibilities
