Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, MS Office, and MS Excel
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure and excel at meeting tight deadlines
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail in their work and be prepared to handle a large caseload
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client focus in their interactions and possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication
- The candidates should be organized in their tasks and responsibilities, exhibit strong time management skills, and display flexibility in adapting to various situations

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assess requirements of the establishment and develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased
- The candidates should be able to invite tenders, consult with suppliers, and review quotations to determine contract terms and conditions
- The candidates should be able to establish delivery schedules, monitor the progress of delivery schedules, and contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization and provide customer service
