Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have post-secondary education in a related field, or a combination of education and relevant experience
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a marketing, product packaging, or print production position

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate superior attention to detail and to quality
  • The candidates should have the ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet strict deadlines
  • The candidates should be capable of working independently and as part of a team

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess strong organizational skills
  • The candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The candidates should possess a positive, flexible, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
  • The candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • The candidates should have experience with Adobe Creative Suite, which is considered an asset

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to initiate private label packaging requests to support the buying team’s needs for new artwork development
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate private label packaging artwork development to deliver projects on time and according to the initial briefing
  • The candidates should be able to share and communicate accurate details, work with vendors to answer and ask questions, and verify information
  • The candidates should be able to proofread and review proofs against requested updates and changes
  • The candidates should be able to produce project reports to keep the project list up to date with accurate work volume
  • The candidates should be able to inform the studio team of products that need to be photographed for packaging artwork to complete artwork creation
  • The candidates should be able to provide support for store sign requests
  • The candidates should be able to monitor, coordinate responses, and follow-up with stores on requests sent to the marketing inbox
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate sign projects, working with vendors to obtain quotes, create SKUs, return sheets, purchase orders, and coordinate proofs (including seasonal signs, grand opening/renovation store projects, new sign initiatives, and existing store sign maintenance)
