Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of college or university training related to food process and quality technologies
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be capable of making decisions quickly, even under pressure

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be recognized as rigorous and precise individuals
  • The candidates should be skilled in computerized technologies, particularly touch screens
  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to manage priorities and multiple tasks effectively
  • The candidates should exhibit the ability to provide solutions to problems as they arise
  • The candidates should possess work experience in a comparable environment
  • The candidates should have knowledge of both French and English languages
  • The candidates should be able to perform calibration and calibration of various measuring equipment

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to carry out quality and process control tours on production lines
  • The candidates should be able to promote compliance with manufacturing standards by employees in terms of hygiene and health
  • The candidates should be able to support and advise production in resolving problems to collect and analyze data from samples taken
  • The candidates should be able to monitor critical control points such as metal detectors, x-rays, and inspection cameras
  • The candidates should be able to monitor improvement projects and the creation of new products by actively participating with different departments to monitor the conservation of aged products and ingredients
  • The candidates should be able to make deductions and draft the RNC (non-conformance report)
  • The candidates should be able to investigate internal or external complaints to validate recipes
  • The candidates should be able to provide assistance with physicochemical and microbiological analyses
  • The candidates should be able to validate cleanings by surface swab and ATP (adenosine triphosphate) techniques
