Shift premiums: Afternoon – $0.50 hourly worked between 18:00 and 23:00. Midnight – $1.00 hourly worked between 23:00 and 6:00
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be eligible to work in Canada
- The candidates should have a valid driver’s license
- The candidates should have availability to work in shifts
- The candidates should have the ability to lift 70lbs
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to pass a medical evaluation, including a drug and alcohol test
- The candidates should be capable of obtaining and maintaining any applicable transportation security clearances and additional authorizations
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to start their day on the runway refueling a plane
- The candidates should be able to refill the water supply for aircraft
- The candidates should be able to load cargo efficiently
- The candidates should be able to push back an Airbus safely
- The candidates should be able to handle the rush of loading luggage for a connecting flight on a tight turnaround
- The candidates should be able to ensure our aircraft are ready for a safe and secure departure
- The candidates should be able to ensure on-time departures for our flights
