Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently, taking initiative and completing tasks autonomously
  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing their workload efficiently
  • The candidates should exhibit attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in their work
  • The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking as part of their job requirements

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess excellent oral communication skills, effectively conveying information and ideas, and demonstrate proficiency in written communication, delivering clear and concise written messages
  • The candidates should exhibit flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and requirements, be highly organized, capable of managing tasks and resources efficiently, and demonstrate reliability, consistently meeting deadlines and fulfilling responsibilities
  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask, efficiently handling multiple tasks or projects simultaneously, possess strong time management skills, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines, and demonstrate maturity in handling professional responsibilities and interactions

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, provide basic information to clients and the public, and obtain and process information required to provide services
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, maintain work records and logs, receive and issue payments, and perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls, relay messages, calculate billing charges, perform data entry, and provide customer service
