Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a high-school diploma
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be available to work during the day and weekends

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have excellent computer skills and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • The candidates should preferably have previous hospitality or customer service experience, especially in interactions with seniors
  • The candidates should be able to provide a clear criminal record check upon hire and knowledge of medical terminology
  • The candidates should possess a friendly and outgoing spirit, which is considered a definite
  • The candidates should have a passion for the healthcare sector and ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services, and care

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to answer and transfer telephone inquiries, greet visitors, and direct them accordingly
  • The candidates should be able to provide routine information and respond to inquiries from residents, visitors, and staff in a courteous and helpful manner
  • The candidates should be able to actively screen employees and visitors according to established protocols
  • The candidates should be able to sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and couriers promptly and accurately
  • The candidates should be able to prepare and distribute forms, reports, and other documents to appropriate personnel and departments
  • The candidates should be able to handle a wide variety of assignments, some of which may be confidential in nature, with discretion and professionalism
  • The candidates should be able to receive, process, and record client payments accurately and securely
  • The candidates should be able to prioritize client safety by adhering to standard operational procedures, safe work practices, and relevant training
