Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, Provide basic information to clients and the public
- The candidates should be able to obtain and process information required to provide services, record and relay information
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, provide emergency services
- The candidates should be able to relay service to persons with disabilities
