Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have post-secondary education in a business-related discipline
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 and 5 years’ experience in the Telecommunications Industry

  • The candidates should have demonstrated technical competence with MS Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and other systems and office automation equipment
  • The candidates should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to manage their assigned store territory effectively to execute on key priorities and metrics
  • The candidates should be able to establish and nurture relationships with sales representatives and management within assigned stores to meet quotas and fulfill priorities
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate in the design and development of promotions aimed at achieving targeted market share and revenue within their territory
  • The candidates should be able to provide training and coaching to Retailer’s Associates on systems, tools, promotions, and plans, emphasizing key differentiators to enhance Rogers Suite of Products Market Share for both new and existing customers
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with retailers to plan and execute exclusive Rogers and FIDO Weekend Events and on-site demo days, fostering customer engagement
  • The candidates should be able to develop and execute Vendor Fairs, Off-Site Events, and Community Events to support brand presence and maximize market share
  • The candidates should be able to promptly address customer issues and respond to retailer escalations and inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to analyze sales reports and territory sales breakdowns by market/banner, deriving insights to inform decision-making
  • The candidates should be able to set targets and develop plans with retailers based on the percentage of contribution
  • The candidates should be able to gather and provide feedback on market insights and competitive intelligence specific to their assigned territory
  • The candidates should be able to ensure proper representation of Rogers/FIDO/Chatr and residential cable products in stores, including end-cap displays, functional demos, and up-to-date collateral
  • The candidates should be able to monitor inventory levels and report any issues or recommendations to management in a timely manner
