Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have post-secondary education in a related field, and/or working towards a CIP (Chartered Insurance Professional) designation
Experience: Candidates should have Property and Casualty insurance experience
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be individuals who hold a valid OTL/RIBO license
- The candidates should be individuals with excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- The candidates should be individuals who are bilingual in French and English
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide knowledgeable, effective, and efficient customer service to clients in person or on the phone
- The candidates should be able to offer insurance advice and process policy changes, entering them directly into the insurance computer system
- The candidates should be able to work towards achieving sales goals while adhering to department standards for quality
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with Supervisors and actively participate in team meetings, contributing input to standards, procedures, and special projects in conjunction with the team
