Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of an accredited nursing education program
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should work to the full scope of practice, encompassing physical, mental, and emotional aspects, in a very busy and fast-paced Hematology/Oncology Unit
- The candidates should have the ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 lbs
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA)
- The candidates should have Current Basic Cardiac Life Support – Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP) and recent acute care Medicine experience
- The candidates should complete the following free courses, (CRNA Medication Management – Chapters 1 to 4) and (NextGenU Health Assessment Resources Certification) in case of no practice as a Registered Nurse within the last five years
