Weeneebayko Area Health Authority is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to providing comprehensive and culturally sensitive healthcare services to the Indigenous communities in the region. Serving the communities of Attawapiskat, Moose Factory, Moosonee, Fort Albany, and Kashechewan, WAHA offers a wide range of healthcare programs and services, including primary care, emergency services, mental health support, maternal and child health, and chronic disease management. The candidates selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Salary: $29.25 hourly for 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Early Morning, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset languages: Cree
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
