Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in patient-oriented mental health, addictions, or concurrent disorders research

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, inter-professional team environment

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have completed a minimum of three (3) years of Community College with a background in health or social sciences
  • The candidates should have knowledge and experience with REDCap, demonstrate proficiency in various PC hardware and software, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • The candidates should possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to recruit and schedule human participants for research studies
  • The candidate should be able to assist with study visits, ensuring proper coordination and support for participants and research staff
  • The candidate should be able to perform accurate and timely data entry related to study activities
  • The candidate should be able to assist with other administrative duties as necessary to support the research team
  • The candidate should be able to work on-site at 33 Ursula Franklin Street and be available to travel to 1001 Queen Street West
