Salary: $17.00 to $17.50 hourly (To be negotiated) for 25 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Part time leading to full time
Location: Corner Brook, NL
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, On Call, Morning
Transportation information: Own transportation and Own vehicle
Work setting: Apartment/condominium complex, office building, cleaning service company, various locations, commercial building, private residence, health care institution, facility, or clinic, hospital/medical facility, or clinic
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Security and safety: Bondable, criminal record check, driver’s validity license check, driving record check (abstract)
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be adept at handling repetitive tasks
- The candidates should have a strong attention to detail
- The candidates should be comfortable with tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong focus on client satisfaction and be dependable in their work
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and have excellent oral communication abilities
- The candidates should display flexibility in their approach to tasks and take initiative in their responsibilities

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
- The candidates should be able to make beds, change sheets, and clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
- The candidates should be able to pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and clean changing rooms and showers
- The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
