Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of ISTP certification
Experience: Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of experience in the relevant field

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have previous experience in an adult teaching, educator or training role
  • The candidates should have prior experience working in a regulated environment, which is a definite
  • The candidates should have knowledge of all Donor Centre programs, including whole blood, autologous or directed, and apheresis
  • The candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and technical skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to utilize their expertise on operating procedures and regulatory requirements to coordinate training requirements by identifying staff training
  • The candidates should be able to leverage their excellent coaching skills to deliver related content and facilitate training classrooms
  • The candidates should be able to draw on their knowledge or experience of all Donor Centre programs to contribute to the development and modification of the national training program, including training standards development and documentation
  • The candidates should be able to utilize their superior interpersonal and communication skills to assist with the implementation of new projects and processes
  • The candidates should be able to apply their continuous improvement mindset and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice to identify and periodically perform procedures to maintain competency and efficiency in training requirements
