Salary: $45,000 to $50,000 annually (To be negotiated) for 40 to 50 hours per week

Location: Winnipeg, MB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Morning
Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence and Own vehicle
Work setting: Willing to relocate
Supervision: More than 20 people and Working groups

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 years to less than 5 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic cash register, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, Point of sale system and Spreadsheet
Credentials: Serving It Right Certificate, Smart Serve, Safe Food Handling certificate and Food Safety Certificate
Security and safety: Bondable, Basic security clearance, Driver’s validity licence check and Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work effectively under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be skilled at handling repetitive tasks efficiently and have a strong attention to detail
  • The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and able to stand for extended periods if necessary
  • The candidates should be able to manage a large workload effectively

  • The candidates should be accurate in their work and have a strong focus on client needs
  • The candidates should demonstrate dependability in their tasks and possess efficient interpersonal skills
  • The candidates should exhibit excellent oral and written communication abilities

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, determine the type of services to be offered, and implement operational procedures
  • The candidates should be able to balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, and conduct performance reviews
  • The candidates should be able to cost products and services, enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, and organize and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to monitor revenues, modify procedures and prices, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • The candidates should be able to develop, implement, and analyze budgets, participate in marketing plans and implementation, and set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
  • The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and recruit, train, and supervise staff
  • The candidates should be able to manage events
