Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean meats to prepare for processing, cutting, and packaging
- The candidates should be able to remove bones from meat and weigh meats for sale
- The candidates should be able to cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, including poultry parts and fish fillets
- The candidates should be able to price meat products and sell meats to customers
- The candidates should be able to clean and prepare fish, shellfish, and other seafood
- The candidates should be able to grind meats and make special sausages
- The candidates should be able to slice cooked meats and prepare special orders for customers
- The candidates should be able to wrap, package, and display prepared meats, poultry, and fish products
- The candidates should be able to shape, lace, and tie roasts, as well as other meats, poultry, and seafood for cooking or presentation
