Salary: $30.00 hourly for 40 hours per week

Work setting: On-site customer service and various locations
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Snow removal
Equipment and machinery experience: Pressure washers
Credentials: Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) Certification and suspended access training
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working at heights and able to handle potentially dangerous environments
- The candidates should be willing to work outdoors and able to work in wet or damp conditions
- The candidates should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and possess hand-eye coordination skills
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, exhibit manual dexterity in their work, and be physically capable of demanding tasks
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should consistently deliver accurate work and prioritize client focus and satisfaction
- The candidates should exhibit excellent oral communication skills and be organized in managing their tasks and responsibilities
- The candidates should be team players, collaborating effectively with others
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean ducts, vents, and filters of furnaces to ensure proper functioning and air quality, as well as wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces, leaving them free of dirt and streaks
